Trampolining for Children with Disabilities 

We offer trampolining sessions for children with additional needs. This is offered on a 1:1 basis or in a group session. Trampolining has been proved to improve muscle tone, posture, cardiovascular fitness amongst many other health benefits. Trampolining sessions are carried in a safe environment with qualified instructors.

 

What is Rebound Therapy?

Rebound therapy is an inclusive sport that enables people with additional needs to participate in trampolining. Rebound Therapy is used to facilitate movement, promote balance, promote and increase or decrease in muscle tone, promote relaxation, promote sensory integration, improve fitness and exercise tolerance and improve communication skills.

 

Rebound Therapy - prices start from as little as £18 

We offer rebound classes in trampolining and gymnastics for all ages from babies to adults. Our classes are available on a one-to-one basis or group bookings. Sessions are tailored to individual needs and are proven to be beneficial to numerous medical conditions including A.D.H.D, Autism, Cystic Fibrosis, non-verbal communication, low muscle tone and many more.

 

Fully Qualified Staff 

All staff are fully qualified and prices are available on request and clients are able to work towards the Winstrada Sports Development scheme where their efforts are rewarded with badges and certificates at the club.

 

School Education Programme

Our schools-education gymnastics program offers individuals or group tuition following a pyhsical program for children and teens. Children will work towards teh Windtrada award scheme in order t odevelop skills in gymnastics and Trampolining. The scheme offers up to 10 levels of achievement. Children will also have the opportunity to work towards our own medal award scheme alongside this.

Sessions cost £18 for 30mins, £35 for group up to 6 children for 45mins, £45 for 60mins.
